Fr. Ralph Osborne
Rector

Fr. Ralph is married to Cindy and has four adult children. Ordained an Episcopal priest in 1996, he was formerly an ordained pastor in the Church of the Nazarene. He has over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience. Fr. Ralph has served congregations in central New York, on a number of diocesan entities and in the community as Fire Deparmtent Chaplain. He is a member of Rotary.

"I believe together we are the body of Christ. Jesus sent the disciples out in pairs. They partnered with each other and with Jesus to bring good news to the world. I am looking to partner with believers in my parish to bring the good news."

As Rector, Fr. Ralph is a colleague in ministry with all the baptized and the pastor with responsibility for the spiritual well-being of all the members of the parish.

Deacon Rodger Patience
Deacon

Deacon Rodger is married to Katrin. A cradle Episcopalian, he was ordained deacon in 1996 and has served five parishes in the Diocese of Milwaukee before moving to Appleton and becoming canonically resident in the Diocese of Fond du Lac.

Rodger is the senior product specialist on the sales team of TeleTracking Technologies, the leading provider of patient flow solutions for healthcare, and he is usually on the road four days a week.

Aran Walter
Youth Pastor

Aran received a Master's in Youth Ministry from Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry. He is considered a fun guy. He is married to Shannon and father of John, Noah, Mark, and Molly.

As Youth Pastor he is responsible for the spiritual well-being of the youth of the parish.

Sandy has served as Parish Secretary for over a decade. She is married to Keith and mother to Lance and Viktoria.

As Parish Secretary Sandi has the responsibility for the overall administration of church logistics.

MaryBee Engelman
Worship Coordinator

MaryBee coordinates much of the music for both Sunday morning worship and other special occasions. She is married to Ken and mother to Will and Charlie.

As Worship Coordinator she is responsible for planning and implementing worship support for services, especially music.

Donna Di Bella
Organist & Choir Director

Donna DiBella teaches courses at Lawrence University in ear training and sightsinging. She holds the B.A. degree in Music and Art from Rutgers University and has pursued post-graduate studies at Westminster Choir College, studying organ with Robert Carwithen and choral conducting with Joseph Flummerfelt. She has been active for many years as a church musician and is an award-winning composer of church music.
